Okay, I started this site last night, so bear with me. I will add a text entry every day and a video entry every week of my fav dream of that week. I have never been able to recall my dreams, and last night was the first time I even remotley felt like I remebered a dream. 12/10/08 Techniques: Autosuggestioning (Before I went to bed I would repeat over and over to myself, "I will wake up after every dream and remeber it.") Bedtime - 9:30 Dream #1 (Soap Opera Car) I was riding in the car with my family, when my dad asked, "Your cousin asked to stay with us next time/trip." My sister was very excited, somehow our cousin would be with me and my sister alone. Then my dad says, "No, becuase you never know when he is sleeping." My sister cries and grabs my leg saying, "Now we will never be friends with our cousin." Clarity - 12% LD - No Realistic - (Felt like I was remebering a passing thought, not a dream I had) Dream #2(All In One Name) Jacob (that's all I remember) Clarity - 2% LD - No Realistic - No Thoughts - Hope I have better luck tonight! But I made some progress! I hope to have more interesting stuff to write about soon or my dream journal will be a snooze fest!
