I´m pretty new to lucid dreaming, if someone with experience can help me it will be cool

So far something relly weird is happening to me, i wake up and i have some memories in my mind about stuff i have not done, but i can´t remember images.I don´t know what they were but i can´t relly say if they were dreams. Can someone help me?

I woke up early this morning at 3:00 am, i stayed in bed a little and rember parts of a dream, mostly what i remember is again little fagments. I was sitting in my classroom when my filosophy teacher got in; the class was unnaturaly silent (no one exept me and the teacher were moving). Suddenly I had to take off my contact´s and i saw they were unnaturally big. I turn around and notice my chair´s back looks like the back of my parent´s bed so i put my contact´s case on it (odd enought i contiinued seeing well after removing my lens). When I turn back i´m lying on a bed and a girl was poking me but everything started turning black and then I woke up. That´s all i can remember but i know thee dream was even longer...
