Ok, I will be keeping a dream journal using the Dream Journal 2.3 software which is a sticky at the top of the Dream Journals section as I'm sure your aware. First night tonight...I will probably do my first update tomorrow morning after my Wild attempt.

25.08.2009 Motorbike (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Following Alan on his motorbike, weaving in and out of the traffic on a motorway. I was in a car which had a trailer on the back, as we approached our destination, I remember being worried about getting back out of the place we were going to. Once we go there I parked the car up beside a massive industrial building of somekind, as we got out the weight of the car shifted from the people in the back getting out, tilting the car forward. I can't remember anything else from last night, my Wild attempts were failures. I need to concentrate on the anchor more I think, I'm probably too passive. I also need to get up and walk about for ten mins, rather than turning my alarm off and laying still just looking up.
