My First Kinda Sp!!!

i was reading up on SP on dreamviews and i decide to try the WILD method even though i didn't lucid dream i did kinda experience SP i . i layed down on two chairs but together andd relaxed for a little then after i don't know how long i starting feelin dizzy then i had the urge to swallow i felt the needle effect in my arms and it felt like a bug was crawling on my arm(no kidding) then i felt like a nerve pinch an my eyes wanted to open an i kept seeing flashed of light then i felt extra heavy then extra light the i felt like i was trying to leave my body like in was being forced upwards wen i woke up i felt really heavy an it was dark so i know i was hallucinating it was really AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!any advice to actually become lucid??????????????????????
