Ok this is going to be a good english pracctise for me ^^
I start with my old dreams to make the journal from the beggining.

I actually had my first lucid dream when I was younger, like 8 years old.
That night I had watched Harry Potter (The first movie) and then thought about it when I was going to sleep. Then i realised that I was dreaming!
But I did not knew what lucid dreaming was so I was just lucid in 10 seconds maybe and then woke up. When I was older, 14 years old.
I saw a link "Lucid dreaming, Telekinesis and so on" I clicked on it but I doubt that such a thing existed. Then i remembered that night when I was lucid and that day changed my life =).

After 2 weeks of practise I had have many normal dreams that I recorded in my dream journal, So I was more aware of my reality and did many rc's.
So i decided to try the MILD technique.

When I was going to sleep I was thinking "I will wake up after each dream"
And I woke up after 5 hours and I tried the DEILD technique but failed (Stupid swallowing reflex) So i was going back to sleep and I was thinking "Christian you are dreaming , you are dreaming...) In hope to dream about the word dream or lucid. And I did!

I was having a Swedish lesson and saw the word dream on a book and realised that I was dreaming. I did everything to become more lucid, did rc's and screamed out loud I AM DREAMING! I talked to a dream character.
And then I tried to fly!

I did not do it at the first time but I was levitating and then controlled it from there. I flew over my school ^^ But when i landed i got dizzy and everything was spinning and i woke up..

Directly after my first lucid dream, I wrote down some notes and then tried the same technique again. I said "I am dreaming, I am dreaming" and then fall asleep.

I don't remember what I dreamed before this but I at least got lucid.
I dreamt something and sometime during the dream I started to fly and realised that I was dreaming. When I landed at the ground I got dizzy AGAIN
but this time I stabilised it, with rc's and with the spinning technique.

No time to waste!
I found a door and visualised what was behind it but when just before I open it my mum woke me up! =(
