      D.R.'s Dreams

I'm new to this site and I just wanted to share some of my dreams with you. Honestly, I don't sleep very much and rarely remember my dreams, so you might not see a lot from me. However, when I do remember a dream, you'll be the first to know.

I had two dreams last night. The first one was that I was walking through a weird mansion while wearing the body armor from the game Dead Space. I don't remember a whole lot from it, but what I do remember is opening a door to a huge balcony and seeing a giant parasitic thing covering nearly half of it. I had a gun on me so I started shooting it and soon after, it exploded! I jumped off the balcony and ran through through the door to a helicopter that was waiting outside. Then I woke up.

The second dream I had after I went back to sleep. It was nothing major but I dreamt that, as I was walking through the kitchen, I saw rapper T.I. trying to get in through the back door. He kept telling me to open the door for him but I didn't. The rest is just a blank.

The first dream concerns me the most. For some reason, I have this recurring dream that I'm in some kind of weird-looking mansion. It doesn't matter what I do, it's just the fact that I'm IN the mansion. I've been having this type of dream since high school (that's the first time I remember). I don't know what it means, but I am curious as to why I keep having it.

These weird mansions are very common. I have them a lot. In the dreaming community we don't like to interpret others' dreams but rather say "if this were my dream, I would think it meant..." However, let me just say that mansions almost always symbolize yourself.

I have mansions that have a staircase from the second floor up to the fifth floor and then another staircase from the fifth to the third and then maybe I have to go through a door in the wall of a bedroom, through an apartment to get to a stairway that takes me to another floor.

All the rooms are the rooms of your mind, mostly subconscious. The attic is your higher mental or spiritual aspects.

Knowing that a mansion (or any building) is yourself means that a good thing to do is take out the walls. If you are lucid, try taking out the walls, try cleaning up in there. Let the sunlight in. Go up to the attic, go down to the basement. Take out all the walls and floors in between.

      Become whole and integrated.
