      WILD Journal

      I have tried to WILD many times and have never been successful. After all I have tried nothing worked. After reading about things like the popular 90 day wild project I decided I should make a wild journal so here it is. I will post in this until I can successfully WILD. After that I will explore more techniques. Post requests for me to try things that might help or add your article to my lists. Once I'm WILDing I might review tutorials and give my opinions on them. Have some music or WILD tips? Post them and get recognition in this post.

      Well I'm looking for a bunch of different WILD tutorials and I should be posting links here soon.... and my posts now featuring the wild counter

      I will be trying to relax using the first 31 of 61 relaxation points to try to get my mind in focus to try a WILD
      //////
      Well I got really relaxed but of course I fell asleep I think I really need to go to bed sooner and try this again.

      I'm going to try to 31 point relax again and then count 1, I'm dream 2, I'm dreaming and on. I will also try to go to bed sooner. Still wondering of anyone is reading this... A reply, PM, or even a thanked post would be cool

      I got close this time. I could feel some vibrations and started to feel my dream feet. But as you probabibly know when trying to WILD your body can cause some unpleasant feelings to test if your asleep. Well normaly these are just like a simple itch or something that you can resist. But my body decided to place an itch on my..... man parts......... ow... maybe tomarow....

      I am reading it. I have never been able to WILD and have basically given it up as impossible for me. Hopefully it won't be for you. Good luck!

      I think it is hard to do but I hope that this can be an inspiration to me and others to WILD. These are not my first times trying to WilD trust me. But hopefully i will do it this time.

      [day:4]

      [DAY:4]

      {WILD: 0/3}

      Ok first off some observations.
      1) I have been trying to WILD before sleep. Because an alarm might wakeup the people around me. But if after two weeks of trying to WILD I have no luck then I'm gunna say screw other people and use an alarm. Unless anyone reading this has a better idea.
      2) The 61 point relaxation technique is amazing I need to thank that post once I'm off my itouch.
      3) I neeeeeeeeed to regulate my sleep schedual because my dream recal is starting to suck. I wake up in the morning and need to get up for school without having time to write or lay in bed to remeber dreams.
      4) Thanks for 100 views as of yesterday

      Heres an idea, I remember once when I was on a road trip to Canada I listened to music at night for 3+ hours and then couldn't sleep because I felt I had slept for like 12 hours. I had some semi lucid experiences but never lost focus or lucidity. Well why not try it again. At the end of my first experience with this i started to feel the onset of REM sleep. I believe I did go into sleep paralysis also. I may be able to sleep a whole 8 hours without falling asleep. Hmmm I will post after I wake up... no what's a better word for it. tune in maybe. If anyone reads this please post a sugested name for this sleep without sleeping. And If this is some technique or sleep plan I don't know about please tell me. because at this point it seems to be my own thing yay for something unique....... maybe.

      Well I failed at goin 8 hours but did for around two loose focus fall asleep and then. Wake up before my alarm sweet. I had time to recall dreams and am well on my way to regulating my sleep.

      {WILD: 0/4}

      Well with my sleep starting to get regulated I am going to work really hard on getting my recall up. I wonder if you can forget WILDs because of bad recall. I am starting to think now would be the best time to start trying to find a good way to wake up. I think I'll go with a mantra for now because I have good luck with those. If you have any ideas you know what to do.

      {WILD: 0/7}

      yah I know it's been awhile but nothings really happened. I tried to use an alarm several times but I have trouble waking up to it lol. I am now looking into something called NLP anchoring or Nero-linguistic programing. I don't know to much about it right now but... I should be able to create two anchors one for clearing my mind and one for relaxing my body. I then can chain the two to be triggered simultaniously. Hopefuly speeding up the WILD process.

      Well here I am again. It's been a while but I am having progress in other aspects of lucid dreaming. I had another lucid today and recalled 10 dreams. My life has been crazy lately and I haven't had much time to devote to wilding. I am considering day 1 untill now my first attempt in this journal. In one week I'm going to start attempt 2. I need to get my life and schedual under controll before I go at it again. Please be patient and wait and I will reaturn soon.

      Thanks to anyone reading this

      OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did it I had a WILD. I went to take a nap and thought the hell I'll try a WILD. After about 30 min I started seeing colors and told myself to enter the dream scene I had envisioned earlier. And there I was running outside my hose. I heard the birds and my footsteps. It was kind of blurry so I thought I should open my eyes. Instead of opening the eyes of my dream body I oppened my real eyes. I thought maybe this was a false awakening so I did a RC. It was real life. But I had my first WILD after over a year I had one. To anyone reading don't give up on WILD if I can do it you can also. It may only have lasted 2 seconds but it was amazing!

      I never thought I would have anything other then a 0 in my WILD count. I did it. Thanks to the people who read this thread and who motivated me to keep trying to WILD.

      Congrats! I just noticed this thread and decided to take a peak inside.

      I've started to work on my WILDing again as well. Mine are usually pretty short like that too, but they are still fun.

      Thanks so much for posting. I'm so happy about this because tonight I randomly woke at a perfect time to WILD so now I get to try again. I had never tried to hard to WILD at any time other than before bed but I said to myself, people say it's hard to do before bed so listen to them. I share a room and thought using alarms would be hard but I finaly just said screw it. And even when I did wake up in the night at first I never got up and walked around I was always to tired. But after my first I'm so motivated to do more. Well time to get at it soon I'll post how I do later.

      Good luck!

      Yeah, the chances of WILDing into the dream proper and having a more prolonged Lucid, is a lot better if you can do it after being asleep for a couple of hours. I always try and do it both ways though. Even when first falling asleep you can still get some good Lucid HI and short little Lucid dreams. So I think it's good to practice it any time you are trying to fall asleep.

      well I took a longer break then I expected because of school but I'm back. I am ready to WILD again and I am going to explore new techniqes. I find that I have trouble focusing when I WILD. Many times I become so bored I stop. I am going to try to WILD with music. If anyone has some music they use please post a link and I'll check it out. Right now it will be the almighty metallica \m/
