Well after last night with both nose pinching and looking at hands RCs not working, I thought of this: Instead of questioning your reality when you do a RC, what about confidently stating that you are dreaming. So every time you see something strange you look at your hands and say "I am dreaming!" Do you guys think this would work along with a MILD mantra like "The next time I see my hands, I will know I'm dreaming" or something similar?

i think it would but if you do it too much in real life then you won't believe yourself then it will stop working. the best reality check for me is to ask how i got here and to ask when i last woke up or went to sleep. the other ones that aare good are drawing something on your hand, closing one eye then looking at your nose, holding your nose and trying to breathe.
