      Music, smells, sensations

      Hello

      I usually just remember the visual content of dreams, but lately I've been having really vivid dreams in which I remember sound (music), smells and inner sensations. Does this mean I am improving my dream recall. I don't remember ever having as vivid or cohesive dreams as I'm having now.
      Call it a day when night becomes a mad escape
      Forgetting the things you mean to say
      When all the right words come too late
      And everything falls out of place.

      Your awareness is certainly improving, the next step is self awareness. If you've never had a lucid dream, then you're probably getting very close. Keep up the reality checks, and good luck!
