Dream Recollection
Can anyone explain Dream collection to me? what exactly am i saposed to do. i think this may be the reason i lose most of my dreams.

in a book i have it says dream recolection is between the time you wake up and the time where you write it in your journal...
says your saposed to keep your eyes closed and stay in the position you were in whe nyou woke up and think "what did i dream last night"
and i think thats the reason i keep losing my dreams... but if you dont know what it is its probably not important
