Man sometimes i think this just isnt for me. Whenever I try a method that says set your alarm for 4-5 hours after you have fallen asleep. When it goes off i fell asleep but im not tired at all. But when seven comes im tired. I have had about 3-4 LDs and they were cool. But i want to find a way to have them more offen. Is there a way to program your mind to have a Ld or something? |

"Dreams are as portals. Flat visions of misty places. But I can write dreams!" - Myst Uru
hey man...try downloading a 'Brainwave Generator'!! go to www.bwgen.com. Once downloaded ul have a whole lot of pre-sets, some work and some just give you a headache, but for lucid dreams you have to learn to make your own. This seriously works because i downloaded it afew months ago and ive been having 1-4 dreams every night. Because im so nice il tell you how to make the lucid dream pre-set: 1. Once downloaded open it up and click on pre-set options. 2. Change the length to 600 then click on the sound tab. 3. Place the first node on 8Hz, insert the 2nd node 20min later on 3Hz. 4. Place the next node 90minutes later (because of sleep patterns by that time you should be dreaming) Place the next node 5minutes later up to 10Hz, then 5minutes later back down to 3Hz. 5. Repeat all of step 4 until you cant fit anymore on. Also if you calculate the time to when you want to wake up you can increase the frequency at the time so you wake up slower, leaving you feeling more refreshed (apposed to waking up suddenly to that annoying alarm) |

If we spend on average 22 years of our life asleep or dreaming, we arguably live two lives...Our awake life and our dream life.
