i prefer an alarm clock but one that gradually increases in volume. Not one of thoose that just all of a sudden make a huge noise. |

I find a graduated alarm much nicer, it brings you out of sleep slowly. I find if i am jolted awake by something, then i'm less likely to remember my dreams. |

I am going to by an alarm (needed one anyway) that wakes me up graduatly. I am sure it improves dream recall. If you wake up "OMG the alarm is going!11!' = stress. bleep....bleep... hmmm zzzz wakey wakey = relaxt = better DR. |

i've heard of those alarms that wake you up slowly and have been considering getting one. can anyone recommend one that is effective and inexpensive? also, if you want, you can talk about how they've affected your DR. |

I just bought a new alarm. It isn't a fancy super-dream0r-alarm or something, but it does have 2 alarms, so I can just set one 10-30 minutes after the other. I heard it's a good way to have good dreams/recall. |
