how often are dream signs meant to happen in dreams?? i dont remeber many dreams.. about 1 a night... but normally im running from something... i dont know what im running from but i can see it... i just dont know what the thing is.. its normally a large thing.. this happens in a lot of dreams .. is it a dream sign..? lol sorry about all the dots... xD its just what i do when i type EDIT: and with this as my dream signs.. how do i do recalls cause .. im not usually running from big mysterious things in my day-to-day life...

Being chased by "something" in your dreams is not that unusual. You could use it as a dream sign but it may not be very reliable. I would like to suggest turning and facing the thing that is chasing you. I did this once in a dream and the "scary monster" turned out to be quite harmless. It just wanted to talk. As for number of times a dream sign occurs, that varies from person to person. Once a night is not bad.
