      Grr Arg

Grr I have been trying for a while at least half a year to get good dream recall but I would get it to be ok then it would crap out and I would have even worse recall then before. I know it's not like I'm super into it like most people but i am still trying. I was just woundering if it is possible for people to not be good at this kind of stuff like it is for some people to be super good at it.

Dream Recall is tricky. At first some people got it and some don't. I was lucky, I was innately pretty good with recall. The only tips I can give is you should definitly start a dream journal. If that's not working you should reread your dream journal before you go to bed and look for dreamsigns.

I'm not sure if you're already doing this, but I tell myself to wake up after each dream I have every night. I had terrible recall when I first came here, but now, because of that, I am remembering 2-3 dreams from different parts of the night instead of hoping to remember the one right before I wake up.

Also, your picture is awesome. I love that band.
