RC's to use during FILD

hey does anyone know the best RC to use during FILD? If you could tell me the best ones to use that wud be gud thanks. and also i dont understand how you can hold your nose or whateva wen you are dreaming, when you start to dream from wiggling your fingers is it automatically lucid becos otherwise surley u cnt make urself do an RC??? write bak please

Well, RCs can work two ways. Occasionally I will become lucid because of them, such as one time when I flicked a light switch randomly and the light didn't change. I had just been talking to someone IRL about this and it just clicked. However, I've found that I'm already questioning whether or not I'm dreaming even before I do the RC. The RC is more for clarification than anything else, so that way I'm sure that I am dreaming before I go jump out of a window. As for the nose-plug RC, what you do is you plug your nose and try to breathe through it. If you can still breathe through your nose, then you're dreaming. That one has worked the best for me but there's also a tutorial on a number of other really good RCs.

In most cases, for me, RC's are just a way to know Sure you are dreaming. First there is this idea: Am I dreaming? and then, I hope, and RC would prove you are. But In real life, you should allso really actually wonder or you Are dreaming, not just do an RC without thinking about it. Good luck p.s: FILD? never heard of lol
