Now that I'm setting my alarm to wake me up after five hours, I have more reliable recall for my dreams. And since I get up to pee after the alarm, I'm not interrupted by a serious need while in a dream. I've jotted a few things down in my journal, though only one entry out of four is a complete dream. I haven't really had a lucid yet, but I feel I'm making progress.

I tried an idea two night ago here I set my alarm after five hours, then set it again for every hour, but waking up every hour after 2:30 am got irritating. I read one person's idea about carrying a piece of paper with me. He said write something like 'cow' on it, and check it now and then. If you're in a dream, and check it, then the word may be different or fuzzy. I may use that as a way to RC.
