Yea um... I know everyone sleeps and dreams concious or unconciously BUT last nite I could not remember a single dream... The funny thing is I was doing a combo of 1st doing a WBTB than after that a WILD no luck remembering... Anyone kno how I can kinda make myself remember dreaming even wen these techniques fail?

i've heard vitamin B6 helps, but i've never tried that personally... and idk, kind of a MILD method of recall helps me: tell yourself that you will remember your dreams before you fall asleep over and over and that helps me.

Nobody has remembered a dream EVERY NIGHT; there are just some nights when you have no recall. Don't give up.

Caffeine pills are too strong; they'll just keep you up. I've heard that about a quarter cup of coffee or soda can be helpful.

The biggest thing about dream recall is not to force it. Just kind of let your mind wander, like you're daydreaming. Experiment with alarm clocks and with waking naturally; one or the other method might work best for you.

Also, the boring but true advice: practice, practice, practice...

BTW, I don't always remember my dreams, and I have lucids regularly. If I'm too busy right after I get up, I'll be lucky to get a fragment or a feeling...
