I wear glasses, and I need to wear them 98% of the time in order to see anything. My eyes are really bad. I just noticed this morning that I can see in my dreams without my glasses on. As far as I can tell, I'm not wearing my glasses in my dreams. Normally I can't see very far in my dream anyway, but some dreams that are strong and vivid, I have great depth perception and nothing is blurry. Now if I can only do a reality check and realize that I can't see like this without my glasses on.

When I wore glasses I was always pushing them up my nose, so maybe you could try reminding yourself that whenever you push your glasses up, do a reality check. I've also noticed that my sight is perfectly fine, or more than fine, in my dreams.... ah, if only it was more than a dream

I've been trying to find ways to do reality checks.

I have similar need for glasses and when recalling dreams, I noticed I never wore glasses. So for about 2 months I did RC "Am I wearing glasses, am I seeing clearly". Then glasses started appearing in my dreams. And I started seeing less clear in dreams. Sometimes I would be in dreams and I would have glasses on, but vision was blurry. Later I started to have dreams where my glasses would fall apart on me. (And in the dream I would CLEARLY see my broken glasses). So far no luck with this as an RC. I suspect vision may be so basic to consciousness that its hard to incorporate into a DS. Good luck though!
