Ok, heres whats wrong.

I had bought this book titled "Lucid Dreams in 30 days" and it pretty much goes over all the basic techniques that are here on DV, But it puts them in a nice little day by day format and has some extra info on each of them. What im at is trying to influence my dreams by picking a meaningful situation that I have direct influence over(getting my licences hehe) and making the room I sleep in comfortable and relaxing. then when im falling alseep I should be going over it in my head untill I fall asleep.

Well ever sense ive been doing that my dream recall has gone down the drain. I went from remembering 3-4 dreams a night to barly getting fragments of the last one I had, If that. Is it somthing to do with the technique? Should I pick a new situation or should I just keep at it untill it works?
