      Exclamation !!i"m Going Crazy"!!

help, i can't recall my dreams.
ever since my first LD i can't recall any of my dreams. the first few nights, i thought it was stress from work. Weekend came(i don't work on weekends), and still nothing. then i thought it was school(considering i have three final projects to hand-in) but school has never been a problem of stress for me. I'm doing my projects without a single bit of stress, and almost finishing. it feels like my mind is punishing me for discovering LD-ing. i started a dream journal but all i remember is a few glimpse of who knows what dream.

i want to try, the technique where you wakeup every 90 minutes( i think) before or i think it was after REM?, well i dont know can someone help me?

I believe you're talking about the WILD technique. I would strongly recommend trying the WILD technique in collaboration with the WBTB technique. For this, you usually don't require much advance dream recollection. Another method to try would be DEILD.

WILD = Wake-initiated lucid dream... you go directly from being awake and conscious in a normal waking state to being in a dream. Check the tutorial section for how to perform a WILD.

WBTB = Wake-back-to-bed... you sleep normally for around 4-7 hours. Put on your alarm to wake up 4-7 hours after sleep and then do WILD. (what exact time u set ur alarm is up to you...it differs for everyone)

DEILD = Dream-exit initiated lucid dream.... after waking up from a lucid or normal dream, do NOT move at all, keep your eyes closed, and just allow your body to relax and keep your mind awake. You will enter SP quickly and be in a dream in less than 5 minutes. Usually you will just "be" in your dream body (hard to explain) and you can either roll off the bed or stand up (with your dream body) and VOILA you're in a LD. The prerequisite for this technique is actually waking up from a dream...to do this, either will yourself before bed that you'll wake up from a dream through the night, or set your alarm to wake you up durign REM sleep period, which occurs at various intervals between 4-8 hours after initial sleep starts.

Hope this helps...post a reply if you have any q.'s
