Have any of you read puzuzu's recall technique?

if you have been to his website he has a page on dream recall, i think its very good, however (on my part i suppose) it only works for about a week or so. I have a problem remembering my dreams and when i read his page i was remembering every night but after a while i just couldnt do it anymore. what am i doing wrong?

Ah yes, this is a very popular technique that lots of people on DV use. If it has stopped working for you, try something different for a while then come back to this technique. I might also suggest saying those words outloud in addition to in your head. You may also try writing them a few times before you lie down for bed.

      By the way, cute avatar!

      Colored dreams are 'astral projections'?!?!

I hate it when an otherwise sensible article has an element of complete nonsense in it... it makes you doubt the whole thing.

Most certainly does. And to add somethin to the topic, as stated by Mes, if a technique stops working take a break and try another one.

I had a look at the article on dream recall and such an unprovable statement is at odds with the practical advice - so I see what you mean.

But isn't it possible (in theory) that a well-remembered dream in full color is more likely when there's somehow a better link between the dreamer and the dream?

1st of all, Huh soultraveller? 2nd of all, I've always dreamed in color. I don't think I've ever dreamed in black and white.

I always dream in color too. What's your point if there is one?
