people reality check

My most common dreamsign is people or "dream characters." What I'm trying to do is every time I have any kind of encounter with a person do a nose reality check. Then I also concentrate hard on their features and mood/ personality. Does anyone want to try this with me?

No.. I do a nose reality check: and as far as the way I look at them.. it could be slightly awkward at times; but generally I think it just makes for a more intense encounter.

That's exactly what I've been doing recently. The problem with this is, it can be awkward to make a RC in front of other people. So I normally do it when they temporarily look away or I do an unsuspecious RC like looking at my hands or a mental RC.

Nose reality check when encountering people? Wouldn't they think it a little odd to do such an obvious thing that's so strange to voyers? Perhaps a check like just quickly counting your fingers without looking light be better? Either way it sounds interesting.

Well, you could always try a different reality check. Doing one when you see people is a good idea if you see them often in your dreams (such as in mine). You could try pushing your finger through the palm of your hand or even just examining quickly how your hand looks. Does it look any different than it normally should? Also, reality checks are all about getting you to question whether or not what's going on around you makes sense. Ask yourself questions such as, "How did I get here?" or "Why am I with X?" or so forth. Reality checks such as the nose-plug or reading tests are more clarification for when you think that you could possibly be dreaming. It's likely that you will have an idea that you are even before you check. Just remember to do one if you have plans to jump out of a high window or off of a building. It wouldn't do do be wrong in those instances

people in my dreams somtimes dont got faces or doesnt have eyes. or missing some other parts. theyr mood is almoast always happy tho. they dont talk much when im looking at them.
