      getting more recalls

i have been practicing recalling for about 3 days and i would hardly would remember but i have been following one of the posts where you awake after 4-5 hours of sleep and you try to remeber your dreams. well i just woke up about 20 mins ago and was like man i didnt remember anything then i said to myself....man that damn crow...i said wtf i remember
      dream recall:
i was at a school where stuff was happening i dont remember what but we ended up
splitting up the school into 2 groups of about 6 people, some of which i know, i forget
names but in the rooms we were to study for our final exams with two teachers our group's
teacher was a crow who was mean and lazy and kept biting my butt idk why...then i got the
crow and strangled it but then it turned into a viper. the other groups teacher was my
match teacher, coach speck, i iddnt see him much.. evryone in our room was vomitting in
the room when i left but when i cam back the room was clean.wierd dream.

Well, the first step to lucidity is good recall, so you're right on your way.

Have you started a dream journal? Write down any parts of your dreams that you remember, even if it's just a feeling or thought. This is probably the most important part of recall.

And here's a tutorial on dream recall, if you haven't seen it already. It has a lot of useful info.
