My Dream Recall Has Divebombed

When I first heard about lucid dreaming my dream recall was about 1 in 25 days. Up until last week, thats in only 2 weeks, it was 2 to 3 dreams a night. MASSIVE improvement, right. Well the last week my dream recall has been SHIT So, what can I do?

Have you read the Dream Recall tutorial? All of these suggestions in that link are cookie-cutter, very bland and well, un-needed. Let me suggest you relax, and if you don't remember dreams some nights, don't stress it. I know from experience, I have been recalling since last summer. Should this mean I am master? Nope. I am merely suggesting something new, something not... Cookie cutter. Take it with stride, don't burn yourself out because you don't recall your dreams nightly. No results will depress you, but after a while, you will not care much. In this case, since your recall is gaining 1-4 a night, you are set. Just relax now, and let them come when they come.

I don't understand, is auto-suggestion as simple as that? Is all you do say you'll do it?

Well, yeah. All you really need to do, is have confidence in your developed recall, and relax.
