      Blurry dreams

Can anyone explain why I can't remember my dreams (like 1 a month or so), even with a dream journal? Am I doing somethign wrong? Oh and all my dreams are blurry: can barely see shapes, can't run, shout , etc. Is it normal?

And If I ever get a LD (skeptic ehere, but anyways...), will it be clear? as clear as real life?

I am the same, I rarely remember a dream and when I do in the dream its like I cant see properly. I had a lucid dream in march and it was still blury. In fact everything went black as soon as I realised i was dreaming. I screamed out things to try and see and I tried to materialise objects but nothing happened.

      Are you on medication?

Well many things can affect your dream quality.

Do you guys sleep enough, eat atleast sort of properly, that kind of thing?

Okay wow, that's a lot of things you have going there.. maybe you're trying too hard. It's easy to take B6 and think, "Ah yes, this pill will surely give me a LD." And of course that's not always the case. How about trying to go without all the supplements/plants for a few nights? And drink some caffeine? You never know, what works for most people may not work for you. And vise versa.
