Am I Making Progress?

So, I've been building my DR for about a month now, and just recently I've started remembering dreams that I dreamt in the past, like up to several years ago. So, does anyone know if I'm making progress and/or how much I've made?

Well the goal is to remember more dreams from the last time you slept. I'm not sure about remembering dreams from very long ago... can't be a bad sign, I guess.

I agree with Mes. You really want to remember this morning's dream(s).. so that you can perhaps come up with dream signs and/or even realize that you're dreaming while you're dreaming.. thus becoming lucid. But as she said, remembering dreams from long ago isn't a bad thing.
