My recall has suffered a big down turn of late I think this may be due to stress; would meditation before going to bed be any help and if so can anyone give me a few tips? |

I get off my computer an hour or less before bed and do my bedtime ritual (make bed, brush teeth, put on pajamas, etc). Then I turn off all the lights, sit up in my bed and meditate for 15 minutes or as long as I can without falling over from sleepiness (I've been waking up at 4 and now 2 am and can't go back to sleep so I am super tired by bedtime ). It has seemed to help so far (been doing it a few days). I seem to be getting better at my dream recall. |
