Hello everyone,
I'm really fascinated by the practice of lucid dreaming and i really want to learn how to achieve it. I've read the tutorials on Dreamview's site and one of the first steps is to actually remember your dreams. I found AutoSuggestion to be the easiest, and from personal trial, quite effective. On my first night, i remembered 1 dream (where i usually don't remember any dreams), on my second night 4 dreams :O and on my third night, 3 dreams. There's just one problem, i noticed that when i wake up, i feel quite tired and i stay relatively tired throughout the day. Since then, I've stopped AutoSuggestion and nowadays I feel more energetic.
This is how i perform AutoSuggestion, perhaps I'm doing it wrong. I lay in bed in the same position as i would sleep and start telling myself and try to believe it "Tonight, i will vividly remember all of my dreams".
What gives? Am i just psychologically believing I'm tired or something like that
Thanks
