Could a dream sign be high heel shoes?? Since I have been recording my dreams again I have had 3 dreams which have had (usually red) high heel shoes or boots in them. I don't wear high heels (only on special occassions lol) because of an operation I had on my foot, I find them painful to wear. In fact I don't much like shoes at all (weird woman huh) I prefer barefoot. How would I do a reality check on that? Maybe try them on and see if they hurt lol

It would be great to use it as a dream sign RC. try to tell yourself before going to sleep that you will rembember that you are dreaming when you see them. A small object like this which may seem unimportant, can be used. It is re-occuring for you in your dreams too - ever better Good luck

It might help if you do (inconspicuous) RCs throughout the day whenever you see high-heels (e.g. in a shop window / on TV etc), just to embed it into your subcon, and to get used to RCing every time you see the dream sign.
