Firstly, I'd like to say hello and welcome as I've not met you before. |

For the past few months, it was going fine. I was having plenty of lucids, and remembering dreams every night. But then, about 3 weeks ago, I just stopped remembering dreams. I can't remember any dreams now, no matter how hard I try. Sometimes I get brief and extremely vague flashes of memory, but then I forget them immediately after. What happened? |

It seems like quite a few elements in our lives factor into successful dream recall. I find that any time I'm stressed I totally lose my ability to recall dreams. I've had an exceptionally stressful week at work and right now my recall is at absolute zero, after a month of nearly uninterrupted recall. I really miss remembering my dreams! |

man i have the exact same problem..i think it relates to my late bedtimes. |

Do not try and bend the spoon--that's impossible. Instead only try and realize the truth...there is no spoon. Then you will see that it is not the spoon that bends
it is only yourself
As has been posted, stress is definitely a major factor. Stress and an irregular sleeping pattern have thrown off my recall a tonne in the past year or so; I would love to (and am currently trying to) get back to where I am remembering 2-3 or more dreams a night, every night. |
