      Does Marijuana effect your recall?

Well, I used to have a nearly perfect recall.
I lost interest in lucid dreaming for awhile so I stopped recording any of my dreams.

A couple months later I started smoking weed.
I've been smoking for awhile now, and I recently decided to get back into lucid dreaming.

So, like usual I go to sleep, set the alarm 3 times during the night to wake me up and I've been doing it for about a week now without recalling a single dream.

When I first started lucid dreaming, I couldn't recall a dream for 2 weeks straight and out of nowhere I got a lucid dream accompanied with dream recall.

I read somewhere that pot effects your recall so I'm kind of worried that I'm screwed.

Either way, if the decline started when pot was added to the formula... Stop smoking it.
      Bollocks.

I've been smoking off and on for about a year and I had been smoking when I joined this site.... I can always recall my dreams well and had three lucids in a row and a WILD last week, but then I stopped smoking for a few days and I didn't have any lucids but I did have very vivid dreams that I recalled. So, now I'm going to start to smoke again before I go to sleep and see if I can get a lucid and then I'll try WILD in the morning
