      Lucid Dreaming Recall Technique

      I have been using a method of dream recall for Lucid Dreams that has worked consistently and is very easy to do (for me at least, and I would assume most other people too).

      Whenever I feel the Lucid Dream begin to fade, I simply wake myself up,
      and immediately record my dream while it is fresh in my mind by either;

      a) Using the speech recording software on my laptop.

      b) Typing the dream into TextEdit.

      c) Writing the good old fashioned way into a notebook.

      I do not use this technique all the time, as my dream recall is fairly decent. But I find that it works very well for remembering dream conversations (which can be terribly hard to remember sometimes), or when the Lucid is particularly interesting.

      Yea, maybe that slow fading makes you forgot some of the goodies...

      Good advice to remember.

      That would probably work well.

      I couldn't do it though...I always feel compelled to try and revive the dream when it begins to fade.
