I used to be a member long ago...
I used google like many of you. It was to update my knowledge about lucid dreams. I have this book called, in french : "Les rêves lucides - diriger ses rêves et maîtriser sa vie", by Philippe Kerforne (1992). I'm from Québec and so I speak french, so most of my books are in that language (and I'm not perfectly good in english if you notice something)...A free traduction is : "Lucid dreams - Direct your dreams and control your life". That book is the real reason I'm here today and even then, it's because of a dream I had lately. Just before going to the family house for the holidays I dreamt of that book mentionned above (and said to myself in the dream that back then I was able to get lucid but not anymore, understanding that I was in a dream...without being able to go the step further...). That renew my interest about the subject. Then at my father's home (I'm 31 by the way) I was searching for a completely different thing, forgot about the dream but there was the book, right there, almost asking to be rediscovered! I wasn't suppose to be at that exact place (the little space under the stairs where we stack some of our old stuff, you know...) I took the book and put it in my stuff right away. Now that I think of it, I'm pretty sure my brain decided that I wanted the book again and then "he" directed me under the stairs without my "conscious will", bluffing me by making me search for something else..."He" knew where it was...
After rereading some of it, I remembered that the internet was just starting in 93 and decided to see what's up with LD nowadays. That how I finally ended up here...
