      RC-1 Cabletv

Sorry for the delay in creating this workbook, but my life has been very hectic lately, and even briefly lost internet connection. I will catch up with all work I have missed.

      CLASS NUMBER 1 - HOMEWORK

      Pick several RCs to do:
      1) Nose pinch
      2) Counting fingers
      3) Look at watch twice

      Pick 1-3 RC triggers:
      1) Everytime my watch beeps (ie on the hour every hour)
      2) Whenever I receive a text

      Dream Signs:
      1) Old house in grandparent's old house location + oval, gravel driveway
      2) Sliding while trying to move quickly (I'm not sure if this is exactly what you mean, but whenever I try to run in a dream, particularly from a pursuer, I'll slide and usually overshoot where I am actually running)

I think Wavefunction missed becoming lucid because he failed to pay enough attention to the fact that he WAS dreaming, although this is probably due to the fact he never performed an ACTUAL RC. Depending on his natural day-to-day routine, it should come with time.

Just to make sure however i asked the family if i was dreaming or not.. They said no.. and i said... "Oh, nevermind then"...
I think RooJ missed becoming Lucid due to an RC which may not of been the best choice, and then believing dream characters telling him he was awake. Perhaps another RC could have changed his mind and lucid status.

JackSparrow had a false awakening, and by performing an RC immediately after waking up he could have prevented the failure. That has happened to me quite a few times though, too..

      Reality Checking With a Purpose:

      RC Process
When I perform an RC I begin by looking around me, and being fairly critical of what I see, questioning if it makes sense (such as justifying why my english teacher is in my english class or so). Then I simply perform a nose pinch RC, and then either count my fingers or look at my watch twice. I think about that particular scenario and what it would be like if I was in a dream-state, too.

I've decided I'll consider my dream goals after that too. If not, I'll replace that with thinking about that scenario in a dream-state.
