well Ive been trying MILD for the past week and I just got another lucid last night

got another lucid last night due to MILD. MY mantra is "I am dreaming" I randomly told myself that While i was dreaming and I became lucid. I tried to stop for a second and concentrate on the realness of the room but it was too dark so i went outside where it became light. Then i turned around and opened my door imagining me appearing in my friends room but i just went back into my house. Then i started flying and everything was so vivid, i decided i would fly to my friends house but i woke up .

Ive been saying the Mantra "I am dreaming" every night and I havent had any ld's since the last one i posted

I just had a lucid dream via MILD two days ago. I was fighting some guy and then all of a suden i said Im dreaming and became lucid. My problem though is dream control..my lucid dreams always end very quickly

Nice job on your lucid.

If you are somehow stable with your lucids but they are brief, you will need to focus on increasing lucidity length.

What is the first thing you do / thing when turning lucid?
