Thoughts during the day: A bit more about Lucid Dreaming than the last week.
5 minutes before bed: Reading
5 minutes after bed: Sleep! Was really tired and fell asleep.
Aimed for alot of sleep last night, got 11 hours and alot of fragments but nothing near lucidity. I also tried focusing on the desert after I woke up at 10.00 this morning. Will try to incubate atleast 2-3 times today.

Saturday 16th of October
Thoughts during the day: More about lucid dreaming, but also about my economy. Have spent too much these last two weeks.
5 minutes before bed: Reading
5 minutes after bed: Reading Fantasy if you want to know what I am reading haha.
12 hours of sleep and very interesting dreams. I incubated the desert three times. Meditated some in the shower and thought about lucid dreaming every time I woke up during the morning. I tried to incubate a dream in my dream (I didn't realise I was already in one) and I was more lucid than I usually am. Which I see as good progress. Still no desert though...

Sunday 17th of October
Thoughts during the day: Lucid dreaming and a bit about work, will start working more and my future is still inpredictable.

5 minutes after bed: Reading
Became dizzy after meditating in the shower last night. I am still pretty dizzy and it feels as if I'm drunk. I didn't sleep very well and I feel a bit exhausted. I don't know but perhaps I'm getting sick. Hopefully not!

Monday 18th of October
Thoughts during the day: Lucid dreaming, and I didn't feel too good, so bad thoughts...

Next day.
I will write down what I did during the next day, cuz then I remember it more clearly.
Meditated for some time on the way home on the train. Also realitychecked alot more often. Will meditate every day on the way home for atleast 10 minutes. Focusing on my breathing for 5-10, then incubation. I actually have a permanent picture of how my desert looks like. Check it out:

I have the fountain there for making it more realistic when I'm incubating it in the shower. The water helps me get a clearer picture and I imagine sitting under it. I usually walk around and feel the sand and I use to touch the cactus. This helps me to keep the whole image clear.

Tuesday 19th of October
Thoughts during the day: Lucid dreaming crept in many times during the day while I was working.
5 minutes before bed: Meditating
5 minutes after bed: Meditating for 20 minutes total.
Next day
Thought alot about lucid dreaming today. I realitychecked like 20 times. I also just stood there, looking at the sky, getting a feel for how it feels to be awake. Meditated 15 minutes on the train home, felt great afterwards! Used white/black breathing, then if any bad thought or feeling came up, I put it in the chest, then I induced the desert. Will indude the desert in the shower later tonight and even try to meditate 20 more minutes!
Haven't recalled much in two days, just a few fragments. But tomorrow I will get to sleep 1½ extra. Which will be a great opportunity to dream!
Sorry I can't attend class tonight, will read the script tomorrow asap tho.

Next day
Was happy most of the day, thought about lucid dreaming and meditated on the train home. But lost focus easily and almost fell asleep several times. Will meditate later in the shower and perhaps before bed, but not if I'm too tired.

Next day
Was a nice day, thought about Lucid Dreaming some during the first half of it, but didn't think much about it later on. No meditation on the train today.

Friday 22nd of October
Thoughts during the day: Nothing much really, l had some thoughts about Lucid Dreaming, but not in the later part.
5 minutes before bed: Talking about my girlfriend's sister
5 minutes after bed: Same
Next day
Got a lucid this morning, and I even had a dream about my girlfriend's sister. We talked for over an hour about her before bed. Which is a good sign! That means that if I try hard and focus on the desert, and really print it into my head, it will pop up!

Saturday 23rd of October
Thoughts during the day: Was at the computer all day, did some RC's but not more than 5. Thought about LD alot tho.
5 minutes before bed: Computer
5 minutes after bed: Incubated desert.
Next day
Got a lucid dream again! This time I really tried going to the desert but I failed haha. I'm getting closer! It was a MILD because I did a mantra after waking up. I will look into DEILD and try that out next time. I'm sure I can get to the desert right away if I DEILD.

Sunday 24th of October
Thoughts during the day: Was at the computer all day again. Thought about dreaming alot tho since I was happy I had just had 2 lucids in a row.

5 minutes after bed: Fell asleep
Next day
Got like 4½ hours of sleep. So I didn't have any dreams, and I was too tired to meditate on the train home. Will do it later in the shower tho!

Monday 25th of October
Thoughts during the day: Work related since my wrists hurt more. Also some lucid dreaming, not much tho.

5 minutes after bed: Sleep!
Next day
Still very tired... But I'm pretty happy. I just read MILD chat too. I will keep on trying to go to the desert and I totally forgot about the chest technique. Will do it when I go to bed later, and try to meditate double! I did meditate on the train home for like 10 minutes, but I was too tired to focus.

Next day
Tired! I haven't had any dreams in three days, because of lack of sleep. Only got 6 hours of sleep last night again... Tonight I will definitely get more than 7. I want weekend! Last night I meditated for 20 minutes but lost concentration alot and almost fell asleep. I will try some more tonight but earlier. Did some meditation on the train home but didn't work at all, I kept falling asleep haha.

Wednesday 27th of October
Thoughts during the day: Regular thoughts = A couple of theories, long thoughts. Future and alot about Lucid Dreaming, No dreams in 3 days. I aimed for alot of sleep but only got like 6 hours.

Next day
Got a lucid last night! It was extremely vivid. I had no control in it, but as soon as I turned lucid, I knew I was going to look for that desert. It's damn hard! But atleast I know I will do it everytime I go lucid.

Thoughts during the day: Have thought alot about Lucid Dreaming these past days, since it's weekend and that's my time to dream!

I have meditated in the shower only, but no long sessions this weekend. I'm getting alot more confident in my ability to become lucid now, since I've had 4 lucids in like 9 days. This is great! I will also try out Calea next weekend or this week, we'll see what happens!

Sooooooooo tired! I slept like 4-5 hours last night, didn't dream anything and had to work 8½ hours. I'm aching all over and my wrists are fucked. I will have to quit my job tomorrow I think... Well more focus on dreaming, but until I'm happy again, I will probably not have pleasant dreams. We'll see!

Happy! This was the greatest day in weeks. I had so fun at work, and I feel happier than I've felt in a long time. My gf has gone away for the weekend, and I'm going to try Calea out. This is gonna be so cool! When I get lucid, I will try the ToTM. I don't seem to be able to incubate, and after these long weeks, I'm done trying to get to that desert.

Next day
Woke up after a Calea night. It was filled with intense dreams, but I didn't recall as many as I wanted. I almost turned lucid! Will try to meditate two times today and I'm basicly just waiting for bedtime. When I will try Calea again! Wish me luck :)

Thoughts during the day: Didn't think Calea worked out as I had hoped. Thoughts was about work and LDing as usual.

Next day
It's monday evening, and I've had a nice day. Cool dreams last night, but work is still very unpredictable. This is my last rehab week. And I'm not sure I can continue working. We will see this friday. If I can, then so be it. If I can't, I will focus so much on dreaming! CAT and try DEILD/WILD out more. REM-Rebound and try different supplements. Meditate atleast 3 times a day. Might do a schedule with goals aswell. Did one back in the days but threw it away.

Had more pain in my wrists, and the weather was the worst EVER! I got pretty pissed, but I got happier during the evening haha.

Have meditated in the shower a few nights in a row, and did so tonight aswell. Have spoken alot lately to the new member CyperAleksi about dreaming. He's a great guy with almost as much interest (if not more!) as me when it comes to lucid dreaming. I am confident I will get a lucid dream this week. I didn't recall anything last night. But I've had alot of dreams a few nights in a row. Awesome!

Nice day! My wrists didn't hurt very much. Friday tomorrow! Haven't recieved my package of Galantamine and Choline... I hope it will arrive soon. If not, I will try calea out again and no alcohol at all.

Been a very nice day, and I can actually continue working as a construction worker :) I might get hurt in the future, and I will have to take it easy for a few weeks or so, but still nice news! I am trying Calea out at WBTB tonight, and will try to focus on dreaming as much as possible. Meditation, chest technique and mantra work. I need a lucid! Been ages ago.
