Thoughts during the day: Alot about Lucid Dreaming and work. Girlfriend's birthday.
5 minutes before bed: Sleep
5 minutes after bed: Sleeping - Extremely tired
Next day
Did a WBTB at 04.00. Took some calea and went back to bed, with a bit of mantra work. I fell asleep very quickly, but got a lucid! It was very nice. Will meditate in the shower soon, and try to make the chest technique and mantra work a daily ritual before I go to sleep. I don't have to meditate, but only do some work for a few minutes.
*EDIT* I did try to L-DEILD after my LD. It didn't work really, but I had cool sensations in my hands. I will totally ignore any bodily feelings next time, and just try to imagine a dream landscape.

Saturday 13th of November
Thoughts during the day: Had a great lucid dream! was very excited about trying out this new power, pointing at something and saying: BOM! Or find an offline DV.
5 minutes before bed: Reading
5 minutes after bed: Sleeping
Next day
Didn't have a LD. Did think alot about it, but felt kinda like a slacker. No meditation

Thoughts during the day: Not much, but some about Lucid dreaming. No special thoughts.

Next day
Had a great day! Was super happy, and felt extremely excited about Lucid Dreaming. I've made a list for all my long term goals, and I will stick to them. I've just meditated for 15 minutes in the shower. Felt great towards the end, and I will meditate now on my shakti mat before bed.

Thoughts during the day: Same ol thoughts
5 minutes before bed: Meditating
5 minutes after bed: Meditating 20 minutes total.
Next day
Recalled perhaps one or two fragments last night. My recall is very bad when I'm working, and I don't want to have dreams only on weekends. Any suggestions? I think I will start going to bed early every tuesday just do have an extra "dream day" each week. My galantamine+choline came today :) looking forward to trying it out this weekend. But today I'll get a bit tipsy from a few beers.

Next day
Just came home from a 11 hour shift. I am so worn out! My feet and back hurts. I will go to bed in an hour or so, then it's back to business. I didn't recall anything last night. I can't seem to recall barely anything if I've only slept 6-7 hours. I need 7½+ to get any dreams. HOW can I change this? Please I need to dream! Haven't had any dreams in 3 days now...

I'm so tired! Only got 6½ hours of sleep. I didn't wake up a single time during the night, and only recalled a fragment about alot of dogs. I am going to sleep the shit out of myself this weekend! Galantamine + Choline during WBTB this Friday. I've done like a super long REM-Rebound, so I should have a nice lucid or two!
Still need advice on how to increase my recall when I'm sleeping so little. Thanks

5 minutes before bed: Lying in bed
5 minutes after bed: Sleeping... DId a bit of mantra work
Next day
Been a very nice day. I'm getting lucid tomorrow! Will meditate in the shower soon, then do a WBTB during the morning, and try mantra work. I'm going to try out my new task, and if I got time, I will do ToTM.
