Welcome to the DVA class catalog. Before registering please read the DVA rules

Remember the forms you fill out are just giving your instictor some information. There are no right or wrong answers.

Follow these steps in registering for a class or classes.

1) Open the spoiler of the class you are interested in.

2) Read the info for the class and make sure it fits with your schedule.

3) At the bottom of the description there will be a link to register for this class. Click the link and fill out the form.

4) Near the class start date your instructor will send you a PM with your success or failure in enrollment.

MILD is not a 60 minute work technique but more of a daily and constant focus, positivism and body engagement. This and more will be taught over the class.
