I havent had a lucid dream yet, im not sure if this was or not. I was walking around in a city at night, it was a large city with several entrances on the street, and I realized its the large city from pokemon black. I smile and relaize that I am in control, so I fly up and see the entire city (it was very vivid and real-like) then I fly along the buildings and notice a lng haird guy with sunglasses. I flew down ontop of the roof of the building and walked up to him. I touched the ground for some reason and I could sorta feel it. Then I talked to him and he said something about how pokemon trainers and stupid fools who make more powerful beings fight each other. I had now realized that this was the sunglasses guy from Duel Masters (heres a pic of him http://images.wikia.com/duelmasters/.../f3/Knight.JPG) He was much more realistic looking though, kind of reminded me of todorov in a way (my friends justins character in a pokemon rpg game my friends and I ran a few years back) thats where I got my username from actually, my character was tsukiomi. Anyways I then woke up with the duel masters theme stuck in my head

There is a difference between dreams where you know you have control and where you know you are dreaming.

If you knew it was a dream it was lucid.

Well, I did remember 1 dream I had last night. I was part of the cast of that 70's show and was the smarty pants of the group, ive never eaten as much pizza or done as many pranks in a dream before, very fun. I tryed reverse blinking (in my experience it makes it easier to stay put) but I was in some pain last night and had a HUGE headache in the morning (I had my wisdom teeth removed last week and im almost recovered) so I was psedo lucid for the dream I remembered. Today I have time to go over all the techniques, im going to try a WILD tonight because all my other lucid dreams have been dream induced. Looking forward to more fun dreams!

Good luck on your WILD tonight. I will be covering WILD two weeks from now. If you have any questions save them for that week and beyond.

I tryed VILD yesterday and although I wasnt lucid I had a very interesting dream, it was the longest and most vivid so far. I asked myself If I could wake up at 5 am and woke up at 5:03, I used the bathroom then got back to bed- I didnt have the usual headache because I slept with my back propped up. I then closed my eyes and isualized a plain room, me sitting in a chair and my grandfather and brothers saying 'reality check' for some reason this was very soothing to me and I fell asleep quite quickly after visualizing entering a dream. Im not sure how lucid I was but I was at least semi lucid because I could decide on my actions- although I felt more like I was along for the ride.

I spent time learning how to lucid dream, I did a reality check. THen i was in my room sleeping, but it was a basement like room (my current house doesnt have a basement, houses in my dreams are always different/.more grand than in reality). Then I was suddenly on a couch that was supposed to be against a wall, but the wall had been torn down and on the other side was another couch with this creepy blonde girl on it. For some reason this girl was fondling over me, whispering in my ear and kissing me very crudely, like she was really young. After awhile of being creeped out I grabbed her and stopped her, I then changed the scenery by "Waking up." Then I was in a bed of a different house like usual, this time I wnet to the fridge and was pissed off about the earlier dreams. I got some pudding but for some reason most of them had been eaten already and the empty containers were left in the fridge. Then I talked to my dad in the kitchen about it, he was in there talking to my younger brother for some reason. I remember thinking this was weird because it was 3:30 in the dream but it was light out. Then I was suddenly outside in the rain drifting in and out of sleep against the outside wall while I watfched the fence get blown down. Some burly guy got out of a small blue car and threw the fence back on the grass. My memory of the dream ends there

I remember thinking how weird the dream was and how long it was, im sure I dont remember all of it- when I woke up it was 6:30 and I went back to sleep trying to get lucid again but i was only able to have full control while daydreaming. Im definitly making progress, im going to look over some of the other techniques and try something else this time.

You are doing a great job so far. I will be posting DILD tomorrow. I would focus on DILD alone for that week.

Read the DILD guide, it has some helpful tips that I will try out. I have had some dreams which ill add to my DJ when i have the chance, the interesting thing is that for a few days I didnt remember my dreams, but I felt incredibly good in the morning and felt like I didnt need to remember those dreams. Yesterday I remembered 2 but I couldnt write them in my DJ, I need to get a new notebook (im visiting friends for the month)

Had a DILD the other day. It was the most lucid ive been- it was very short but I was able to feel, see and smell what was in the dream. I think I was very excited so it went short, I do remember that i felt the trees and ate some indian food. Ill be sure to try to keep a more detailed journal in the near future.

Gah! its been a week! what a week its been. I had a dry spell but I started trying again (with reality checks during waking life and awareness) and got my favorite DILD yet.

I started the lucid dream by doing a reality check like I did in real-life (for some reason the plug your nose one works really well) The first part of the dream eludes me somewhat, after I did the reality check I decided to try to fly and did it on the second try. At some point I made it to a large building. In this buiding there were a few uninteresting people and a door. I smile and think to myself what I want behind the door, a ton of hot girls. Unfortuneatly it didnt work and there was a class class of small kids so I get pissed and decide to leave the room by phasing out of it throught the wall. After another failed attempt I try to phase again but only my hand goes through. I use the door. Now, I come in to an entirely different room than I anticipated. There are many long cafeteria style table strewn around a large white painted room. The people in it seem to be uniteresting but some of them are soldiers. One of these soldiers and I come up to each other without provocation

      "Who are you" I asked
He says his name- in the dream I got annoyed that I forgot it so fast, i think it had 3-6 letters though.
"and this is past my 20th life kid, you have no idea what it feels like"
For some reason I wasnt surprised.

Immediately while we are having the conversation a large machine-like gole with black chains surrounding it appears out of the ground and everyone scatters except for the person I talked to earlier and his large friend. it immediately attacks me with a ranged attack (bullets I think) I easily dodge to the right. It then attacks me with a laser and some missles, they hit me but I smile and get really excited as I willed it to do no damage. I stare the thing down. It trys to punch me again but i jump on its arm, run up onto his back and shout in victory as I conjure large white balls of energy in both hands and slam it into it and destroy it completly.

At this point I felt my real life arm move a bit and decided to wake up feeling awesome.

The only other battle dreams I remember from my life is one where android 17 totally beat me. This time is was the one on top!
