ShockWave's Intro to Lucid Dreaming Workbook

I've already got a bit of background with lucid dreaming, but I want to start having lucid dreams more regularly, and later in the class learn about the WILD technique and about Dream Control.

I had big trouble sleeping last night so I don't recall anything, but I'll post the next dream I recall in here.

Mmmmk my child. Hopefully this class will be good for you because I can give you all my tips in writing. That way you can go back over them.

I recalled a fairly long dream last night.

A friend called Robert came round to my house, and I wondered why he was here on Friday, instead of Sunday when he usually comes round. I was chatting to Zebrah in IRC, but I had to stop because he wanted me to play Minecraft. I went upstairs and went on my PC to talk to Zebrah and then he came up and I quickly opened Minecraft. He saw the server address was empty so I knew that he knew I had just opened it.

I went downstairs again and started chatting to Zebrah again. Robert came down and I didn't manage to type in the server address in time before he saw the screen. I sat down and I was in a room with my mum. There was no roof and we could see the sun moving across the sky. My mum asked what happens to the shadows as the sun moves, and I explained that they would move. The sun started to set and the shadows moved across the room. Then as the sun went down, the light level decreased in stages, rather than smoothly.

I think after that, I woke up.

Well done on the homework. I am posting DILD tomorrow. Do your best to have a lucid dream next week.

      Good luck

Thanks, I think my recall is starting to improve after taking this class. I've recalled at least 1 dream for the past four nights, and last night I recalled three dreams quite clearly. I've been attempting to have a DILD during the week, and I came close in the shortest of my dreams last night. So I think the DILD lesson tomorrow will help give me the extra push forwards.

I only recalled a fragment last night. I also feel really tired, despite the fact that I slept for exactly 10 hours. But I won't be discouraged, I'll keep at it and try to get more recall tonight.

Yesterday, I had two naps, with a bit of a gap between them. The second one was kind of just drifting in and out of consciousness, but I had a WILD! I won't journal it in here, because I've already journalled it here: Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views - A Wave of Shock - Dream Journals (click).
