      Yeah Yeah Yeahs

Any Yeah Yeah Yeahs fans around here? Karen O is without a doubt the coolest frontwoman around right now. 2003's Fever To Tell was a great, great album.

Show Your Bones is their first release since, it hits North American soil March 28th. It leaked a while ago, so I've had it for a couple weeks...but for those who haven't and want to hear it. It's currently streaming on their MySpace.

At the very least, check out the first track, Gold Lion. It's awesome.

From the topic, I thought you were talking about the overplayed Usher song last year.

They're not to big at all over here, which from the sound of it is a shame. People like Zane Lowe play them from time to time and from what I've heard, they're the type of band that you have to let grow on you.

I think I might download some of their stuff and stick it on repeat until I like them.

Yeah I agree that it's music that has to grow on you a bit. Their new album is a lot more accessible than the debut, but Fever To Tell and their early EPs are a lot more raw and gritty.

Yeah, i'd have to agree with show your bones being a lot more accessible. I really dig it, but I wasn't a fan of Fever to Tell.
