New Halo 3 Trailer!

A new trailer aired on ESPN tonight during Monday Night Football, a ONE TIME showing. But, its up on Xbox.com already and is FREAKING AMAZING! I missed it, as Im Canadian and TSN SUCKS, but, I've watched it well over 20 times now. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! I want to cry Linkage

Microsoft is having a field day... Servers have CRASHED because of all the traffic Xbox.com, Bungie.net and Halo3.com are getting. The Xbox Forums Halo 3 section is hell on earth at this point. The second that commercial ended, +30 threads about it. It was on YouTube in less than 2 minutes. It was made Ultra-Hi-Res On TeamXbox.com in less than 10. To top it all off, Halo 3 Beta signing up started today. Traffic is unbelievable.

Could just be like a 3rd type of grenade, it lasts a few seconds, you can't get hurt by snipers and non-direct rockets, and you can't shoot out of it.

Hey, shield grenage. Perhaps Halos gonna get some original gameplay. =D Oh, and I do ask you all to not judge a game by pre-rendered scenes. Wait for gameplay trailers. If they ever come out before summer 2007 >.< (probably will, just to hype it up more)

Its grenade shaped, but its basically just a portable shield device. There is a third grenade though called the "Spike Grenade." It sticks to any surface, unlike the plasma. Its explosion is different however, it explodes and propels spikes in one direction. So you can actually get into the blind spot of this grenade and avoid damage, even if only a few feet away.

i hope the campaign is better. I was soo syked about the coming of halo 2, then i got to play the campaign and it was kinda a dissapointment

Bungie is releasing a public beta. Beta is basically the second to last stage of developing the game. Its just before the final phase.

Yeah, you'll be able to play online with other people who got the beta and you'll write down any bugs or whatever you find and send it in to Bungie. There's probably already tens of thousands of people signed up, so if you haven't done it yet there's no real point to sign up.

Actually, its not first come first serve. So it doesnt matter what time you sign up, you have just a good a chance as anyone else. Doesnt matter if you signed up first, or last.
