Final Fantasy VIII ending.

Isn't it exellent, this game is one of the best games ever really. I just watched the ending on Youtube and I remembering playing through the game and when I saw it for the first time, knowing that I completed it. I had a good sleep. So it is one of the best. FF8 had some amazing graphics, and some of the best music in the series. But frankly, I can't sit here while people around me say it might just be the best FF game. Far from it! :p It had its fun parts (all of disc 2 was brilliantly enjoyable), but once they started developing the love story, I got cheesed to death. Rinoa is an annoying character. She's a pathetic damsel in distress. And frankly, aside from Squall, there is virtually no character development. Like, take Zell. What do you know about him, really? He's good at martial arts, and masturbates a lot (given that he always wipes his hand before shaking someone's hand haha). Also, the plot goes to shit near the end. All of a sudden, out of nowhere: - "Hey, you should go kill Ultimecia!" - "Why? Why does she want to destroy the world?" - "oh, she just does... you should go pwn her or something" Yes, it was THAT bad. They didn't say "pwn" but they might as well have. It was an OKAY game on its own, I just don't think it deserves the title "FF8". Shoulda been called "Squall's stupid sci-fi adventure 1". IMO, the best FF game is a toss-up between 6 and 7 (though I have a special place in my heart for 6). 9 was also really good. But 8 was the only FF game I've ever played where I found myself thinking, "God, I can't wait to finish this damn game." Playing FF8 is like playing the annoying chocobo race in FFX over and over and over again. That being said, the ending video, like all the other videos, was really well-done, and I still listen to the music from it from time to time.

In my opinion FFVIII was a good game. It lived up to FF standards, had a fairly good storyline (I agree it sort of disintegrated towards the end, but the first two discs were amazing), and a new battle/magic system (which some people hated but I liked). In sum, FFVIII is underrated because everyone expected it to live up to VII, which is a pretty unfair way of judgement.

yeah LMAO i was all like " Oh shit Sephy is gonna kick my ass" Jenova didn't even get to attack me, Sephy first form only attacked me once for 300hp, this final form did a lot but i didn't lose. My squad was all lvl60. I never tried against Emerald, i tried Ruby but omg i think you need to be lvl99 or something.

Actually both of them are quite easy, did you have Knights Of The Round? Equip that with Mime and let everyone kick ass. Because it will go like a Chain, if one person summons K.O.T.R. while everyone else does the Mime Command, everyone will do the same summon. Also if you learn Omnislash with cloud, that really helps. But that doesn't work on Mime!
