Left 4 Dead is a multiplayer cooperative survival horror shooter in development by Valve Corporation based on the Source engine. There are two sides, the Survivors and Infected. Four players control the four Survivors, working their way through campaigns in rural and urban areas, fighting off dozens of the AI-controlled "infected" (fast, 28 Days Later style zombies). On top of the regular zombies, there are four player-controlled "boss zombies" all with unique powers for causing chaos. This mix of the dozens of AI-controlled infected zombies and the boss zombies makes for an entirely fresh co-op experience. Release is scheduled for the PC and Xbox 360 in late summer 2008. And please do not judge the game by it's cover just from looking at the trailer...take some time to do alittle reading. This game will blow your mind away.

Sounds like the zombie mods on CS:S Lots of people are saying that. But it's x1000 better then the zombie mods for css. Theres only like what, 30-40 zombies per server in css? Theres a whole city with them in Left 4 Dead...not to mention the boss infected.

The half-life series, CSS, Portal...and pretty much everything else. Also, it's Valve AND Turtle Rock Studios... Out of the whole halflife series only halflife 1 was any good, after that it was all crap. HL2 is boring and bah CS 1.6 is meh CSS blows donkey balls etcetc

As for what games i play U2XMP COD 2 and 4 Company of Heroes Thief series Might and magic series duke nukem rise of the triad quake 3 UT2004 instagib a UT3 mod Maybe missed a few games, but that about sums it up.

I hope this is going to be better than Zombie Panic! Source. It was over hyped, released past the initial release date and sucked as a whole. Zombie Panic is x10 better then ZP:S I think... ZPS only has slow walking zombies...Left 4 Dead has swarms of zombies running at you from every possible angle screaming and beating the crap out of you.
