      Anyone play...

Everquest 2, World of Warcraft or Spore?

What do you like/dislike about them. What are your favorite characters?

I LOVE Everquest 2. I love the Fae and my favorite profession is either carpenter or Provisioner. I have about 5 toons of various races and professions and on the same server so I can share items between them.
I HATE that I can't find game cards locally or in near-by towns. I don't have a credit card so I can't play without a card. Luckily I found one while in Hawaii, so I have a month.

I like WoW. My best toon is a level 55 human rogue with leatherworking as my profession. It attracts more kids though, which is a negative to me. And like EQ2 I have several toons on the same server of different races and professions. I LOVE the hunter, but I think I like stealth more.

Spore is very addicting and it changed some aspects of my dreams. For those who don't play, when you create a creature, you create it body and all. If you want it fatter or slimmer, you place your mouse on part of it's body then use the mouse wheel to give it the shape you want.
In one of my dreams, I was a stripper. I passed a mirror and saw my reflection, but I said to myself "I am NOT that thin." So, as if using an invisible mouse wheel, I fattened myself out some lol.
When you get to the space era, you can terraform and colonize planets which has also since been a recurring theme in my dreams.
What I don't like about the game is the space era. But that's only because I'm anal about exploring and keeping notes. The universe changes for each game, so there's no set chart of the stars. I keep index cards- many, many index cards to list the positions of the planets I come across (and there are too many to count).

      How about y'all?

      Never played EQ2

I played WoW to a level 70 undead priest, then quit because it was time consuming and 15 a month is outrageos for only periodic updates.

I have spore, never play it though, i mess around with the creature creator sometimes, but one play through was enough for me, after that 1 i had seen it all. Also i diden't really understand what all the point of space age was, i made a few trading routes and terraformed a few planets, is that it?

The purpose of the space age is to get to the center of the universe, that's the main storyline of the game. I never got there, the game got old for me before that.

I got EXTREMELY close to getting to the center of the universe, but I started the game at the space age and with only level 2 for range of travel, I quickly ran out of fuel and money to buy any more and was stranded lol
Now I play as an omnivore and get "return trip home" for those far reaching journeys lol.
I haven't played for awhile but I've been wanting to... maybe later.

It sucks that I finally have time for EQ2 but I've not been in the mood to play- same with WoW. I belong to guilds and I haven't been in the mood to talk, so I think I've been avoiding the games lol

Oblivion has been sucking me back in though

I havnt played any of them...I really dont want to pay monthly fees unless there is good new content each month. In fact, that is the only thing keeping me from playing LOTR online.

Right now Im playing a free online game called Atlantica, Its a lot of fun with people but can get kind of long alone.
