A while later, she lies down to go to sleep, but images and visions haunt her. Drugs cannot help her, neither the satisfaction of knowing her attacker burned in the chair. A friend comes in, calling upon God to help him help her. He wants to call her fiery soul from her cold body. My problem is with the last part. Can anyone offer me help? I would assume a sorrowful love or distance from a loved one, not rape. Unless there's some context to the words other than as they are. eg. singing, tone, etc.
