Demon's Souls

[Bayside]

This is a new game that just came out for the PS3, and is an absolute must have for any PS3 owners. This game is amazing, the detail is great, the enemies are well designed, the sound effects are great (everytime that damn dragon screeches I get shivers and am genuinely terrified), the game feels like a throwback to Super Nintendo days because of how unmercifully hard it is. The more you fuck up, the harder the game gets. Some people may not like that, but I find it nostalgic in the sense of how it reminds me of how impossible my Nintendo games were when I was a kid. Also, it has the most intuitive combat system I've seen in a game thus far, it's not just like mash the square button as fast as you can. There's so much to be said about this game I can't even really begin to get into it, but damn, it's one of the games that definitely makes me glad I bought a PS3.
