The interesting thing is that inducing ASMR also helps me with inducing Sleep Paralysis. Even before i knew how ASMR is called i used it for inducing SP when i woke up from a dream and didn't move. Just focusing (the same way as i do when inducing ASMR) caused me to enter SP instantly.
Around 3-4 times i kept doing it while already being in SP, which made the tingling feeling more and more powerful... then after a while i felt some kind of pain too... but it was enjoyable for some reason.
You know... it's hard to explain, but it was like i was floating in an endless void and something was about to crush me from all possible directions... but yet it felt good.
Once it was over, i got a little headache, but that experience was worth it :)
