But it seems to me, by what you're saying, if all subatomic particles in the universe suddenly stopped, by your definition, time would have technically stopped. Is this what you're saying? Because it doesn't seem to make sense. Suppose the forementioned scenario occurred then a human, unaffected by whatever caused all particles to freeze, was stuck in the center of the universe with everything in his body correctly functioning. All other particles could be frozen but he would still experience time.

I am immensely inept at this particular field of science and most of what I'm saying stems from knowledge acquired from the great Wikipedia so feel free to laugh at me and poke me with a stick.
