Honestly, as long as they were above the age of consent and there was ZERO chance of a fucked up gene pool(or at least, more than they already are for wanting to bang their family) I would legalize it.
It's not my bloody business who they screw.
It grosses me out, but so does chewing snuff and scat play and they're both legal.
